Our Process
T3 started our company to make sure the owners and operators of waste processing systems had a consistent technical support relationship, from early business planning to after commission updates. It is extremely important to have a seasoned project professional and engineer on your team dealing with all waste material processing challenges. T3 is a business that truly stands by you, for you, with you, throughout any or all stages of your project! We prefer to be on the team from the start and maintain a value worthy effort long into the future but willing to jump in at any time to work for you!
Our Process
Step 1:
Each engagement starts with a conversation and relationship to understand the opportunity as we confirm that the project is viable. Once the opportunity is confirmed, T3 engages with stakeholders regarding definitions of incoming and outgoing products, to best understand the current state of the project.
Step 2:
Data tells the story as T3 gathers all material and processing information related to the project. Information is gathered from around the current waste industry and how effective it can be in your Tennessee location. If information is not available, T3CHCOMP goes to the material suppliers and end-users of the outbound product on your behalf to gather the information.
Step 3:
A summary report is provided of gathered information to outline a strategy and reach an agreed upon course of action. This action will include a risk and cost savings outline as well as negotiation tactics.
Step 4:
Based on the course of action, T3 will look to draft equipment specification packages designed specifically for our food scrap processing objectives. We can negotiate with the multiple suppliers to obtain the highest value solution, then drafts a final RFP to suppliers to deliver the best solution.
Step 5:
T3 works closely with you, and your teams during the implementation process of putting the equipment contract in place with the supplier. When a client chooses, T3 can manage and implement the equipment contract directly with the supplier on your behalf.
Step 6:
T3 stays closely engaged through design reviews, installation, commissioning and up to three years per project, as desired, to ensure that results are met and that suppliers are adhering to the agreed upon outcomes. T3 can also provide auditing services for continual oversight of the contracted terms and conditions.
